Rahm Emanuel Planea Expandir las Ciclovías de Chicago

Rahm Emanuel declaro en su página web que él apoya la implementación del proyecto: Plan de Bicicletas de Chicago. El costo está estimado a $75 millones y será compartido por socios locales, federales, de corporativas y de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro. Adicionalmente, Rahm está comprometido de tener la vía funcionando durante su primer mandato.
