The woman was found dead on the scene and the children were taken to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, where one later died and the other is in critical condition. Moreover, On southbound I-95 in Miami-Dade all express lanes and three general purpose lanes were blocked due to a crash at Northwest 95th Street during the morning rush. There were no fatalities but injuries were reported.
